Getting Started with HomeSafePet

A short walkthrough from creating an account to having a protected, scannable pet profile.

HomeSafePet has two products: a QR pet tag and microchip registration. You can use either one on its own, and most owners use both.

The basic path

  1. 1Create a HomeSafePet account and verify your email address.
  2. 2Choose a QR tag, microchip registration, or both, and complete checkout.
  3. 3Create your pet profile with a photo, description, and the contact options you want finders to see.
  4. 4When your tag arrives, claim it by scanning the code or entering the profile ID from your dashboard.
  5. 5Review your profile any time your phone number or address changes.

One account, several pets

You can keep multiple pet profiles under one account. Each pet gets its own profile ID and its own public profile page.

What lives in your dashboard

  • My Pets: view and edit each pet profile.
  • My Microchips: view your registered microchip records.
  • Order history: review orders you have placed.
  • Account settings: update your email, password, and contact details.
  • Transfer ownership: move a pet record to a new owner when needed.
